Only meetings with a signed contract and corresponding down payment will be honored as confirmed bookings. Our policy is to commit our service to our clients on a first-sign first-serve basis. As such, pencil bookings are not entertained. Before you make a deposit, it is understood that:

  • To hold the date, you may deposit 25%, and is non- refundable, non-transferable. This is to secure the date is reserved and we will not accept other bookings. 

  • To confirm bookings, we require a 50% down payment. You will receive your e-contract, Official Receipt and Stat Templates within 24-48 hours.

  • At least a month before the wedding (whichever date is closer)  we will be requiring full payment of  remaining balance.

  • Additional Fees for Out-of-Town Weddings. Terms and conditions apply.
